This page explains what information Second Studio collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (booking, rentals, special order, or sell to us), we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your request, such as the date and time you prefer or the furniture you have in mind. If you email or call us, we keep what you tell us in order to reply.

How we use your information

We use it to answer your request, arrange appointments, quote prices and follow up about furniture you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers handle your information only to run the site and deliver your messages.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly visitor counter that does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It gives us basic totals, such as how many people visited a page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and appointment details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our business records, then delete them.
